How to Be a Great Negotiator

I think teaching in some ways isn't negotiations. Getting your listeners to listen and be engaged is a negotiations having that conversation with somebody for them to feel like they can open up to you. I was so surprised by the level of intimacy that we created in those rooms because they felt safe and felt like people needed each other. The only problem was that when it comes to my students I have no boundaries and so we would  be there for five and a half hours.
