Experience Prototyping - The Most Important Part

Too often, and yes, we know this from personal experience, we don't plan the details. So in order to get there, the thing we have to do is prototype and practice extremely badly. Do some planning of the moments that matter, focus on those. But then don't just plan it, play it, practice it badly.
