How Do You Decide on the Topic of Your Next Video?

How do you decide on the topic of your next ou two video? We usually plan out content counter about three months in advance, but i'm always bemoaning, like men, we don't have a video about this programme or that programme. There's so many tools and so many strategies out there. I feel like we could make of idio every day of the week and t cover everything. So when we're looking at our content calendar, we're really trying to offer a mix of programms that people expect and are looking for.
