The Three A's of Effective Communication
The rule of three which one of the first things I heard you talk about a while back now is fantastic. The simple thing is one is self so that's self may be in present. Seeing all the options committing to the choice me doing me the best I can move what I've got being as the player as the athlete as a player as a player. And now I'm reaching out have an effective impact and the effective impacts are key point. So I'm learning people then rule of three is one and two is not working. Coach is three coach then decides an intervention which may not be stopping the session maybe a little hot one to one it may be.
