Office Investment

It's a group out of Canada and they're the biggest player all across the Midwest. They want to buy an office building at 35% of replacement value, send you your 6% distribution check,. refinance it multiple times probably over the years; still own the property. It's a very different business model. There was a portion of my portfolio that said, I don't want to keep constantly every five years having to find a new deal or find a new vendor.
