i've been tracking my heart rate variability and my rest in heart rate. i am far below average h r for my age, and my rest is extremely high. It's like a train five times a week, but i live weights. I don't relly raise my harwat that much. My diet has been pretty bad for a long time,. Not horrific, not standard american diet, but it certainly hasn't been the kind of diet whey you'd like. But man, that guy ats healthily. And i'm stll in the process of changing both f these things i bout to mention.
