Ultrasound for Bandyl's Ring
There's no protocol for intra-partum ultrasound detection of Bandyl's ring. Who the heck is going to take a patient down in protracted labor to an MRI scanner to look for this band? You're just going to do a section and see if it's there or not intraop. I don't, again, most of these diagnoses is found after the fact at time of C section. There are some pretty interesting stuff on ultrasound.
