Is God a Person?

A view that sees God as radically other will not give us an easy way to avoid the question of whether God is a person. Of course, the Christian notion of God does in fact involve thinking of God as a person. In this talk, I'm going to explore how that can make sense. And fourth, I'll make some remarks about how this relates to the way we talk and think outside of technical philosophy and theology.
