Jack: I've been getting into in the last few years is just to move towards all the parts of the Bible that made me uncomfortable like this. The portraits of divine violence and when God employs Israel as a tool of divine justice on certain people groups those are narratives that I feel like I just need to sit with for a lot more time but right now those probably are the biggest source of my discomfort.
