This is not a meditation for regulation.

While the opening invites settling and embodied awareness, regulation is not the destination. It is the threshold.

This is an invocation

A calling forward. An invitation to remember the power that has always lived in your Body. Not as performance or force, but as capacity, choice, and inner authority returning.

This offering was made from the embodied experience of being a Woman, for Women. And for anyone who feels the imprint of colonial, patriarchal, capitalist conditioning woven into the nervous system. The training toward diminishment, silence, and self doubt. The forgetting of one’s own authority.

This is a gentle but uncompromising nudge toward reclamation.

Not through force.

Not through bypass.

But through remembrance.

This practice was created during a Mars Cazimi, a moment of purification and clarity of will. The timing informed the work, but the power is yours.

You are not broken.

You are not late.

You are not asking for too much.
