Leadership Paradoxes

Leaders that have it, they've got these extreme qualities. Don't try to be good at a lot of things. Be extremely great at a few things. Embrace your extremes because greatness is found in the extremes. What i want to do is encourage to pick one of the paradoxes to develop in your own leadership and talk about it with your team.
