kere: We had a training programm built out before we brought on umjas but the truth isi we didn't. She came from a company where she made a hundred and 70 hires in the last 12 months. So, i mean, would you say the harder part is being able to do the job? The easier parts are prioritizean candidates in there and get culture right withm which we were lucky that she was a perfect shilling for. One of the main things that we took away from that is, like, the weeding the meet of the weekly meeting schedule. That's pushed uso keep moving forward.
