Jonathan Gruber: There are multiple other cases against CVS right now that my understanding is rise out of really the same national policy. He says there's two big, at least two big challenges for conscientious objection for health care providers. "It just seems like this case is kind of a microcosm of a road that none of us, well, at least those people as organizations I mentioned, none of us want to go down this road," he says.
