Sleep Is a Visitor Type of Entity

Sleep is something that the brain turns on, usually in an environment that is conducive for sleep to visit us. Many people are desperate because they believe that we need sleep as human beings. People also say silly things like, oh, when people hear about me getting five and a half hours, they say to me, "Oh, I need eight hours or I need 10 hours" Steve: Your brain knows exactly how much sleep you are programmed for. Do not monitor how long it's taking you to get to sleep.
