At age 26, denny did not know any of that. Denny took his job as recall co ordinator seriously. When he first started in the roll, he would wake up at night and stare at his bedroom ceiling,. worried that he might have made a decision that day that hurt someone. That feeling eventually went away. It had to. You can't have emotions rise to the surface if you're going to be an effective recall coordinator.
