The mondorla exercise is a way of managing your polarities. It involves sharing gratitude and appreciation for other people's successes. The celebration in the gratitude tells the universe, ok, i'm a little bit more ready to receive. When you flip the coin on that, you actually start creating space to bring in what you want.
