You want to look at net asset value changes period over period. Over time, those that grow in EV have also outperformed. Rexford has an incredible balance sheet. They're the best in the industry. And then acquisitions is really their secret sauce. The company is buying over $1 billion of new assets per year.
As much as we love stocks, sometimes the Big Macro really does drive the market.
