The stronger you are, the more you can focus on hypertrophy while you can. I think that it's going to be very interesting to see because right now there's a group of longevity experts that are very interested in this concept of protein restriction and less kind of hypertrophy training. But if you ask a geriatrician or an individual who is very interested in aging from a sarcopenic perspective, they would say yes, we need to maintain strength.
