Is There Evidence That Makes Fraud Unlikely?
A sceptic cannot simply assert that fraud must have been involved in a particular case. But if we're talking about just a handful of cases, it can be reasonable to say the most likely natural explanation for something is fraud. What one couldn't rationally do is assert such a proposal if there is other evidence that makes it unlikely. On this argument, it isn't any one case that disproves fraud. It's all five taken together, that display qua ties that make fraud unlikely.
