Meditation - Is It a Good Idea?
sam harris: When i started meditating, i couldn't grapple with anything. And to day i do thirty minutes o meditation. Every morning i get up early, out five 30 or six an do a half hour of meditation. You can start being aware of your own patterns. Any time i'm emotional in some way, haven't an emotional response to anything. I won't know in the moment, or maybe even for years, but that means something. There's something there to explore. Rights wen, when i get angry, when i get frustrated, when i gets sad. An get afraid. Those are just the flags of saint look, you've got something to learn here...
