Adaptive Adapter

Specialist is a package that I made. It's pit installable. It only works on 3.11. And basically if you run your code using specialist instead of Python, it will open a web browser and show you where the interpreter was able to specialize your code,. The idea is that this is show us how we can fix things so that you don't need to mess with your code.
