Lenard Shares Are Lower After Reporting Mixed Results for Q4
Lenard shares are lower after reporting mixed results for the latest quarter down 1.4% right now. Home deliveries were up 13% over last year and in line with guidance estimates given at the beginning of the quarter, but new orders down 15%. Diana: There's no way I want to be buying Lenard in this environment where I think velocity of home ownership and still getting loans is low.
