CNN's John Defterios asks CIA chief why the West was able to reach an agreement with Serbia and Kosovo. He says it is a topic that Americans probably know the least about in terms of the ones we've been discussing. The conflict within that has continued through the years and really resonates in the north of Kosovo, where you have a big community of Kosovo Serbs who look to Serbia. But he adds: "I don't think in my time sitting in the situation room that we asked that question enough"
