Email: The Thing I Hate the Most
CNN's John Sutter talks about his love and hate of email. He says he uses Gmail but doesn't like mail app or the Gmail interface. Email can be difficult to find a tool that will let you do everything efficiently on a given day, writes Sutter. "Once you get that habit, it changes the way that you think," said Sutter.
