i wanted a focus mode with teeth, let's say, that i couldn't get around. The screen time future allows you to track how much time you're spending on different aps. You can also set times where only certain apts are accessible. This is like the killer thing for me, finally, if i had to get rid of erything else, this would be the one thing i'd dod and i did do this.
