The Importance of Being Transparent With Employers

I love the proactive approach. I think that's a good word for brokers who are thinking maybe I should be doing this is having that conversation, but really sounds like in the conversation you were having being really transparent with them about what that is. That it's not the solution, but it's a solution because they're going to hear about it from somebody, frankly, from somebody who says it's the only way to go or it's exactly what you should be doing.
