It is important to hydrate early in the day too. Caffine is very dehydrating. It causes itt for various reasons. Relate its effects on the kidneys. You start to excrete sodium and potassium and the electrolites. The action potential, the firing of neurons that we were talking about earlier, is mediated by the entry of sodium into the nerve cells; you need electrolites for your nerve cells to fire. So when you're dehydrate, you can't think as well, you can's function as well at the normauscular junction. Should hydrate first thing in the morning. But then push out that caffine and take a little bity
