The Importance of Hard Work in Ministry

LZ Granderson: I have a real concern about how many women in ministry end up neglecting their home, their family in order to quote minister to others. LZ: How many times have you found yourself doing hard work in order to serve others while they're out there just having fun? LZ: It's all part of serving the Lord with gladness, not resenting. As we get older, we don't get a free pass to heaven without any affliction or hard work or effort.
