Civil Disobedience?

The stones do not say to depopulate the planet down to 500 million people. The point of the stones are to be a guide to the population that's lived through an end of the world type scenario where humans hit a bottleneck. Also bombing this monument is not civil disobedience. You can agree with someone doing it or not, but it's definitely vandalism at least and possibly domestic terrorism.
