The Great Danger of Reading the Bible in Sunday School
We usually read the Bible as a series of disconnected stories, each with a quote moral for how we should live our lives. The Bible comprises a single story telling us how the human race got into its present condition and how God through Jesus Christ has come to put things right. This is why the Bible is very hard to understand at times. All good literature is. That's why so few people read it. It's hard to understand. It's complex. And it will enrich your soul in ways that you can't believe.
