How to Own an LLC
An LLC is a way to keep your business separate from your personal life. It gives you limited liability, so if someone wants to sue overcast, they don't get to take my house. An LLC can be expensive - more than $50 per year in some states. If an app might one day be sold or used by another person, it's better to use a different Apple ID for the sale.
