Is Eros a Threat to the Stability of Philly?

Eros is more passionate, intense, overwhelming, to the point of obsession. If we're making an ideal city that's supposed to be stable, Eros is a threat. That kind of mystical love or that ecstasy perhaps can't even be qualified by any of the words. I mean, that would go back to the Feminine-Jui-Sons, right? It's ineffable.
