The Struggles of DevOps

LZ Granderson: I imagine you have situations where maybe you have one or two really seasoned people and then a bunch of people who aren't. And how does that kind of play out and struggle so that our listeners can maybe, you know, feel this pain themselves and say, ah, yes, I've experienced that myself. LZ: One of the most basic examples that we see a lot is developers requesting a new environment or a new piece of infrastructure like a database. That can literally take up to two weeks sometimes, right? So velocity and productivity of the development team drops significantly.
