How to Get More Power Out of Your Exercises

The power that you're generating in a maximal four second sprint is so much higher than what you generate while, while walking, running, or even exercising at VO2 max. It may be that it's not just a matter of how long the power is high, but getting the power to be very high for a very short period. I think, when one of the main points is that with aging, you, you're losing muscle. You have this phenomena called sarcopenia and you're losing mostly your fast-foot muscle fibers. And we never really get a chance to use those as we get older,. Because, you know, we don't do very forceful, very fast activities.
