America, With Andrew Jackson, Is a New Kind of Politics?

In 1831, America is very much on the cost of a new kind of age. We've had the election of Andrew Jackson in 1828 and that was start of a new type of politics. All the presidents before Jackson had come from either what's called the Virginia dynasty. So there was this kind of political elite that Jackson was not part of. He didn't have all the kind of educational background, you know, the Virginia elite or the Adamses.
