The First Shakespeare Play
I imagine there must be some crossover between a kind of telegraph audience and a slightly more traditionalist Shakespeare audience maybe. But I mean, the audience, when I was there, was just wrapped up and absolutely loving it. One of my favourite things actually is how many queer people and young people and people who've never come to theatre came to see the show. That's a special moment. And I always think there's something very special about somebody's first ever Shakespeare play.
