I think W1A is an acute observational documentary and is far too close to comfort. Are you worried for the future of the BBC? I don't know but it does highlight some of the central things which have been there since the beginning of the BBC. Coal miners and Sunderland farmers down  the northeast or rich bankers in London. Everyone's going to watch what will crystallised as debate about what the BBC
