The Most Effective Way to Lose Fat

Research shows that doing a mix of cordio and strength training is actually the most effective way to lose fat. In an ideal world, you would do anywhere from three to five hours of strength training per week,. And about half of the amount of time that you spend strength training doing cardio - so a couple of hours of cardio per week. But i would not recommend more than an hour or so of true high intensity interval training each week.
