I imagine also sometimes clinicians, parents may also assume that that fight or flight response is anxiety because it is physiologically expressed in the same way. But if we think about anxiety as a response to a perceived threat that's not real, let's say, that is maybe not the right interpretation of that elevated nervous system response.
