The Paradox of Pushing Back

I genuinely think, you know, we have seen this movement grow in the last 10 years from an idea into now something that looks like it could very easily turn into a parallel economy. Somebody's putting thought behind this. Texas, you can't tell me that Greg Abbott just thought up on his own that he was going to invite the Nasdaq data center to Dallas. Right. In other words, someone is thinking out the necessary steps that they need to take to set up something parallel and bypass all of this post war, swapping to DC, BIS, W H O C D C nightmare.
