Introduction
UN Security Council held a meeting on the bombings of the Nord Stream, natural gas pipelines that connect Russia to Germany. Russian ambassador Vasily Nabinzia said at the meeting that Moscow was calling for an independent investigation. US representative John Kelly repeated the denial that the US was involved in the blasts and he dismissed Hirsch's report as conspiracy theories from the internet.
