How to Set and Forget Your Katsu Cycle

The standard katsu cycle works is it's eight cycles. Each cycle consists of 30 seconds of pressure, five seconds of non-pressure. And each time you do a cycle, the pressure goes up slightly. It progressively gets more and more inflated or the compression gets more. But it's only enough that your capillaries understand that.
