The Importance of Intellectual Diversity in Higher Education
I worry that measuring intellectual diversity by like, what do you think on this conservative question or this liberal question kind of misses the point in that there's actually a huge set of intellectual interests and realities that just have nothing to do with politics. When Harvard has done the Harvard Crimson their student newspaper has done in surveys of their incoming freshmen, it's really interesting because they don't just ask about basic demographic questions. But I don't think these questions can be easily split into left and right. It's just kind of more, you know, what do students think at the time?
