Are We Responding to COVID Restrictions the Way They Are?

I think we must be very respectful of sister congregations, different consciences. Do we make too much of national associations and should we give more attention to local and or state associations? It's a question deeply and merely of prudence. Any advice on balancing long-term considerations with short-term ones? This is messy right now, but over the long run.
