Building Housing for the Poorest of the Poor

Record home starts across the province, including vancouver and victoria. So isn't there naturally just a cap on how much supply can even be built? i think it's easy to say al will just flood the market with supply, but it's like, oh, you need people and capital to build this housing, right? We do. There are limits around the people to build andte in that capacity. But also, moa, i think that there's an opportunity here for the provincial government.
