Nick: I don't think this was an easy debate because the data here is not great so it's nice that you presented a systematic review of meta-analysis but when you take a systematic review and you conduct it with a bunch of not optimal data what you get is a not optimal systematic review right. Nick: Where we are with the guideline recommendations and keeping lidocaine and amio at our own at the same level for now i think that makes the most sense.
