The Importance of Having a Centralized Team in an Engineering Organization
I don't know many engineering teams that are just twiddling their thumbs like there's always more work than we have to do. Kate, you had mentioned, well, you have a centralized team around this. Do you feel in order for a component library to be successful that it needs to have a central team? Stacy also mentioned like more of the open source model. I'd love to hear both your thoughts on this one.
