How to Cultivate Happiness

Happiness can take many forms, but i've outlined a few guiding principles to start with on the following slides. I think it is all about providing value. There needs to be something that delights your customers and makes them happy. We have a whole new brand campaign right now, it's all about happy dove teams. When developers are happy, they're more creative. And this of developer love and engagement has created an amazing following in the developer community.
