How I Become an Instructor at West Point
West Point is a part of the Army where students go to earn not only a college degree, but also to commission as second new tenants. The whole place is set up to take high school graduates and turn them into officers. When they exit, just like ROTC cadets will, they'll put on the rank of second lieutenant and perform some job in the military.
