I like looking at a training plan and seeing, ok, on what days am i really recruiting a lot of muscle fibres? You know, maybe it's weight lifting. Maybe it's pliometrics, maybe it is strides,maybe it's the workout itself, if it's fast enough. And so i know that if wer doing that maybe twice a week with either any, any of those things, preferably a variety of them, then the injury risk of the athlete is actually going to be a lot lower. I couldn't agree more. A healthy athlete is one that's strong, that's flexible, that an do strides, that has endurance.
